* Terms and conditions for the sweepstakes
1.1Participation. This Sweepstakes is an invitation to participate extended by the Sponsor to Potential Participants. Your entry into the Sweepstakes will be deemed your offer to participate, and such offer will be subject to the Sponsor’s acceptance. To participate, you must submit an entry in the manner described on the Sweepstakes entry page and in compliance with these Official Rules.
1.2Eligibility.
(1) Term. The Sweepstakes runs from November 6, 2025, 12:00 AM (GMT+1) to November 19, 2025, 11:59 PM (GMT+1), as determined by the Sponsor’s website standard time. All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries, including those due to technical, network, or system errors or failures.
(2) Capacity. Participants shall be over 18 years old and have capacity to enter into this transaction valid per law.
(3) First Come First Serve. The promotional offers has number limit and are available on a first come first serve basis.
(4) Errors. In the event a transaction price is displayed erroneously on the website, to the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor reserves the right to correct the error and apply the correct price to the transaction, to the extent permitted by law. Participants affected by a pricing error may either complete the transaction at the correct price or cancel the transaction without cost.
1.3Methods of Entry.
(1) No Purchase Required. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase Participant’s chances of winning. Participation is free.
(2) Entry Limitations. To enter, Participant must enter a valid email address in the designated field located next to the spin wheel and click “Subscribe.” Upon submission, the Participant will receive one (1) entry (or spin) into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person, per unique email address, and per physical mailing address for the duration of the Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or mailing address will be disqualified.
1.4Prize Allocation and Redemption.
(1) Prize Allocation. All prizes are available while supplies last and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Prizes are allocated using a randomized spin mechanism, with the odds of receiving any particular prize determined by pre-assigned probabilities. Sponsor does not guarantee the availability of any specific prize at the time of participation. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and where permitted by law, to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater retail value, subject to availability and applicable terms.
(2) Prize Redemption. If a Participant wins a prize, a pop-up notification will immediately display the prize details along with a unique redemption code after the spin is completed. This code may be used when placing an order on Sponsor’s website to either apply a discount (if the prize is a coupon), or redeem a designated product order efund(if the prize is a product order refund).
a. Product Prizes. For product prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes, eligible winners will receive a unique redemption code. When applied at checkout, the code will reduce the total purchase price of the designated prize item(s)(tax may apply).
The redemption code will be activated on the day of issuance, and will expire thirty (30) calendar days after the date of issuance. Each code is valid for a single use only and may be redeemed solely by the individual winner to whom it was issued. Codes may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash or credit. The redemption code may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
1.5 Prize Delivery. Prizes will be shipped within 8-10 weeks following winner verification. Sponsor is not responsible for any shipping delays, damage, or delivery issues.
 
2.Returns, exchanges and warranties.
2.1Return and Warranty Policies. Products purchased under the Sweepstakes are subject to Sponsor’s Return and Exchange Policy (Return and Exchange Policy), and Sponsor’s Limited Warranty Policy (Navimow Limited Warranty Policy). In the event of conflict and/or inconsistencies between the policies and this agreement, this agreement shall control and prevail.
2.2Prize Products. Prize products are provided “AS IS” without any warranty.
2.3Purchased Products.
a. In the event of a return for refund, such return shall be subject to the terms and conditions in the Return and Exchange Policy – Segway Navimow EU and the Limited Warranty Policy. Refunds shall be in an amount equal to the actual purchase price that the Participant paid for the bundle (including tax).
b. For returns due to customer remorse or for other reasons not covered by the Limited Warranty Policy or any other agreement between the Sponsor and the Participant, the Sponsor shall have sole discretion to decide whether to accept such return. Any such return shall be subject to (i) applicable fees or deductions under the Return and Exchange Policy and (ii) return shipping costs as specified in the Return and Exchange Policy.
