Navimow Extended Warranty Service Policy
This Agreement is an Extended Warranty Service Policy provided by Willand (Beijing) Technology Co., LTD. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Navimow"). It constitutes a commercial extension of the product quality liability of the Company, and is not an insurance contract, nor is it subject to the regulatory oversight of EU insurance laws and regulations. This agreement only covers performance failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions and does not cover accidental damage. Your statutory warranty rights shall remain unaffected by this Agreement.
Before purchasing Navimow's Extended Warranty Service, please read Navimow's Extended Warranty Service Policy (the "Policy") carefully to clarify the rights and interests you may enjoy when purchasing this service. Navimow's Extended Warranty Service is officially authorized by Navimow and is provided by Navimow-certified official service centers.
By purchasing Navimow's Extended Warranty Service (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Policy.
To ensure proper usage, the Service and corresponding products must be purchased from the same country/region.

1.2 Validity of Services
The validity period of this Service is 1 year, meaning the warranty period is extended by 1 year commencing from the expiration date of the product's original warranty.
1.3 Effective Date of Service
The user must purchase this Service within 60 days after product activation, via the Navimow APP or the official online store. Upon purchase and activation of this Service, this Service will be associated with the corresponding product. This Service will automatically take effect after the end of the original warranty period.
1.4 Service Eligibility
The Service applies solely to malfunctions of the core components in the product models listed in Section 1.1, when such malfunctions are caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
1.5 Exclusion
The Service does not cover the following losses, expenses and liabilities.
1. Damages caused by misuse or failure to comply with the user manual;
2. Personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of the product;
3. Damage to the product during transit, provided that the recipient did not refuse acceptance upon delivery, or if the logistics carrier failed to issue a damage report, resulting in the inability to provide proof of shipping damage;
4. Malfunctions caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, recklessness, negligence, flood, fire, earthquake, food or liquid spillage, improper charging, commercial use, or other external causes;
5. Damage is caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use described by Navimow;
6. Any modification to the product or its components made without Navimow's authorization in writing, which results in a material alteration of its functionality or performance (subject to the official definition);
7. Data loss, corruption, or leakage;
8. Product labels, serial numbers, or others show signs of tampering or alteration;
9. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice for the Navimow, or if there is reason to believe that such documentation has been forged or altered;
10. Loss or theft of the product covered by the Service, whether in part or in whole;
11. Damage resulting from service, repair, or maintenance performed by an unauthorized supplier;
12. Damage resulting from the use of the product with third party products, components or accessories;
13. The Service does not apply to consumable accessories (e.g., blades) and separately purchased accessories for the product;
14. The Service does not apply to the battery of the product;
15. The Service does not apply to certified refurbished mowers.
Note: For malfunctions not covered by the warranty, Navimow or its designated after-sales service centers may charge applicable fees after completing the repair.
1.6 Scope of Services
Within the scope of the Service, Navimow will provide you with a free repair or replacement for any performance failure or damage resulting from normal use, and Navimow will bear the material, labor, and roundtrip shipping costs incurred by the service.
1.7 Repair Priority
During the term of the Service, Navimow will prioritize professional repair solutions for any malfunctions that occur. Replacement of components or the entire unit will only be provided when repair is not feasible or cost-effective.
2. Key Points
2.1 Product Coverage
The Service exclusively supports the product models listed in Section 1.1. For other products that may be launched in the future, related services will be made available following their official market release. Please refer to the Navimow official website for details.
2.2 Pre-Purchase Considerations
The Service is only applicable to brand-new devices purchased directly from Navimow's official stores and does not cover products acquired through second-hand markets or unauthorized channels. If your product was purchased or received as a gift from another party, please verify that its initial activation date falls within 60 days prior to purchasing the Service. Additionally, keep the original invoice or purchase receipt for the product and ensure that the original owner has unbound the device before you bind the device to your account and purchase the Service.
2.3 Pre-Use Considerations
If you intend to use this Service for repairs, our after-sales service center will verify whether your product model and serial number match the information bound with the Service. If the bound information does not match, or if the relevant data has been tampered with or is missing, Navimow reserves the right to refuse the provision of the Service.
3. Service Process
User service portals: official website, Navimow APP.
Users may apply for the Service through online customer service, hotline, or email. Customer service team will provide a solution based on troubleshooting. For devices that need to be returned to the factory, the customer service team will confirm the warranty status and provide relevant instructions.
For products ordered from local distributors, should users need to use the Service, they can also contact Navimow directly for support.
Users must provide valid proof of purchase, a receipt, or an order number (applicable to direct sales from Navimow). In addition, product serial numbers are essential for the use of the Service.
If the issue cannot be resolved through remote guidance, the user may need to send the product to a Navimow after-sales service center or a designated local Navimow service site for further inspection.
Navimow will provide you with the following solutions based on the inspection results:
(1) If the inspection results fall within the scope of the warranty, Navimow will provide free repair or replacement services;
(2) If the inspection results are not covered by the warranty, Navimow will confirm with the user whether they are willing to proceed with paid repairs or have the product returned without repair.
4. Transfer and Termination of the Service
4.1 Transfer
Once the Service is bound to a product, it cannot be transferred to a third party.
4.2 Right of Withdrawal, Refunds, and Product Returns & Replacement
a) Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period): In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the Service within 14 calendar days of purchase (the "Cooling-off Period") without providing any reason and to receive a full refund.
b) Policy on Product Returns and Replacement:
Return: If you return the product to which the Service is bound within 30 days of purchasing and activating the Service, the Service can be canceled, and you will receive a full refund for it.
Replacement: If you replace the product within 30 days of purchasing and activating the Service, the Service can be re-bound to the new device. The validity period and other articles of the Service will remain unchanged.
4.3 Repair
If the product serial number changes or the device is replaced after repair, and the new device remains within the original warranty period, the Service may also be transferred to the corresponding device, with the warranty period inheriting the terms of the original.
4.4 Termination
The Service will automatically terminate upon the expiration of its term.
5. Information Security
Navimow is committed to safeguarding the security of your e-commerce and personal information. You understand and agree that, in order to fulfill the Service, we will process your personal information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal basis for this data processing is the fulfillment of this Policy (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We will process necessary information such as your name, contact details, product information, and repair records. 6. General Article
This article shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country/region where the Navimow product was purchased. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Policy (including this article) shall affect your rights as a consumer under mandatory provisions of local law (including, where applicable, your right to seek dispute resolution through the relevant consumer protection bodies or courts in your country/region pursuant to its laws).
This Policy is legally binding. By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge understanding the validity of this Policy and confirm that you have read its articles and conditions. You should retain the receipt, which includes the policy duration, purchase price, and details of the covered product. This Policy (including its articles, conditions, limitations, exceptions, and exclusions) together with the receipt constitutes the entire agreement. No statement, promise, or condition not contained herein shall modify the articles of this Policy.
Navimow refers to the company obligated under this Policy, specifically Willand (Beijing) Technology Co., LTD. and its affiliates. "You" and "Your" refer to the individual who has purchased this Policy or the individual to whom this Policy has been formally transferred. Your name and address are indicated on the receipt.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Navimow shall in no event be liable to you or any subsequent owner of the warranted device for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business or downtime, property damage, or data loss resulting from any product malfunction, service delay, or failure to provide service. Navimow’s total liability to you for all claims arising under this Policy shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
