1. Why is worry-free shipping so popular in e-commerce? Is this a must?

For complete peace of mind, Worry-Free Purchase protects your order from loss, shipping damage and delays.

It's an optional paid service, so you can focus on the excitement of your purchase.

Purchase and Cancellation Rules

· It must be purchased at the time of placing the order. Not available after shipment.

· Effective immediately after shipment. Non-refundable once active.

· Cancellation is only possible before shipment, you can cancel the insurance directly in the confirmation email from Seel, or by contacting our customer service.

2. How does Worry-Free Delivery cover my orders in the event of loss, damage, or delay?

Full refund of order value (excluding shipping/insurance fees).

Damage

¨ The product arrived with noticeable cracks, breakage, deformation, damage, or crushing.

Up to full order value (excluding shipping/insurance fees). If the proposed amount doesn't meet expectations, you may continue negotiating with Seel on the claim page.

Delay

¨ Not delivered after the 30 days following order fulfillment are considered delay.

Fixed US$5 (converted to payment currency).

 

3. How to file a claim? and is there a time limit for this?

① You can find the e-policy email sent by Seel in the inbox of the email address used for your order. It contains your policy details and a link to the claims portal.

② Click on the “Report an issue” to access the claim center. you can also visit https://resolution.seel.com

③ Enter your order information and complete your submission with simple steps.

④ Wait for review.

Time Limits

Lost packages: Anytime once the conditions are met.

Damage: Within 7 days after receipt.

Delay: Within 90 days after payment.

4. What do I need to submit to support my claim?

Lost Packages:

Any one of the following

  • Official proof of loss from the courier
  • CCTV footage
  • Written proof from a third-party authority
  • Police report

Damage:

· Clear photos of the outer shipping box and the internal product packaging

· Clear photos showing the damage to the item

Delay:

No proof needed.

5. When to receive claim payment

Once your submitted evidence is verified, you will receive the compensation in your chosen account within 3 business days.
