Coverage: The coverage of Network RTK is continuously expanding. In Europe, it is now almost fully covered.
Availability: The current unavailability in certain regions is temporary. Coverage will gradually improve as we work with service providers to expand the network.
The boundary shown on the map represents the target mowing area for the mower. When you enable the "Mow along boundary" feature (which is enabled by default), the mower will travel along the boundary and perform trimming. If you find that the edge areas are not being mowed well after the Auto Mapping is completed, you can manually edit the map to extend the boundary outward. When adjusting the boundary outward, please ensure that the boundary you edit is accessible for the mower to travel on. If you edit the boundary at the junction between the grass and gravel, the mower may get stuck while mowing along the edge.Path to enable "Mow along boundary":APP >Home > Settings > Map management > Edit > Edge mowing > Turn on the Mow along boundary
Go to Home > Settings > Map Management or just tap the map icon on the app’s Home page. Tap the delete icon in the upper-right corner to remove the entire map. If you only want to delete a specific area, click on that zone and then delete it. Make sure your phone is connected to the Navimow i2 LiDAR Pro via Bluetooth. Edit parts of a map: Go to Home > Settings > Map Management or just tap the map icon on the app’s Home page. Select the zone you want to edit and tap the edit icon. From there, you can adjust, splilt, merge, Mowing direction, rename, and edge mowing—all without needing to recreate the map.
You can adjust the cutting height in two ways:
1. Via the App: Go to Home > Settings > Cutting height to set the global cutting height.
2. Directly on the mower:
Press the “>” button until you reach “Cutting Height”.
Use the “<” and “>” buttons to select your preferred height.
Press OK to confirm.
Customizing cutting height for separate zones:
If you have already set up multiple mowing zones, you can customize the mowing height for each zone individually.
To do this:
1. Go to APP > Home > Settings > Cutting height
2. Select the zone you want to adjust
3. Tap Edit > Cutting height > Customize zone height
Adjustment range: 20–70 mm (European users)
Note: Customized zone settings always prevail over the global cutting height.
If you can't adjust the cutting height, please contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) for help.
The Navimow i2 LiDAR Pro operates differently based on its battery level in different scenarios:
Scheduled Mowing: The minimum battery level required for the mower to start scheduled mowing is 95%.One-time Mowing: If the battery level drops to 20% or below, a one-time mowing task should not be performed.
Manual Mapping: To initiate the mapping process, the mower needs a minimum battery level of 25%.
Auto Mapping: To initiate the mapping process, the mower needs a minimum battery level of 50%. During auto-mapping, if the battery level drops to 20%, the mower will return to the charging station.
Low Battery Return: If the battery level drops below 15%, the mower will automatically return to the charging station to recharge.
Manual Control Mowing: For manual control mowing, the mower can start with a minimum battery level of 20%.
These thresholds ensure that the mower has enough battery to complete its designated tasks effectively, while maintaining a buffer to allow it to return to the charging station when necessary.
You can check the current firmware version in the app: Home > Settings > Device Management > Firmware Version.
When “OTA” appears on the mower’s screen and the ambient light flashes white, the mower is updating its firmware.
Please do not power off or operate the mower during this process. The update usually takes about 10–15 minutes.
Once the ambient light turns green, the update is complete, and the mower is ready for use.
To perform the firmware upgrade, make sure the following conditions are met:---The mower is on the charging station.---The mower is connected to a network with a strong signal (4G or Wi-Fi).---The battery power is more than 20%.---There is no mowing schedule in the next hour.
You can find the installation guide on the box of the garage, here is a picture for your reference:
